Zutaten
  

  • 100 g flour (0,76 cups)
  • 80 g oats (0,74 cups)
  • 200 ml oat drink (6,76 oz)
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp backing powder
  • 10 drops vanilla extract
  • 3 peaches
  • almond slivers

Zubereitung
 

  • Mix 2 tbsp of flaxseed with 6 tbsp and set aside. 
  • Crush 80 g (0,74 cups) of oat flakes in a food processor and mix with 100 g (0,76) of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder. 
  • Add 200 ml (6.76 oz) of oat drink, 2 tbsp of agave syrup and 10 drops of vanilla extract to the flax seeds. 
  • Halve 3 peaches and then cut into  slices. 
  • Mix the liquid and dry ingredients. 
  • Line the baking pan with parchment paper; Spread a layer of peach slices on the bottom. Add the batter, distribute it evenly, distribute the remaining peaches on top and decorate with almond slivers.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes at 170 ° C (338 ° F) top and bottom heat.
